You keep saying if you knew then what you know now this never would have happened, but it’s too late to change history. You’re in a situation that’s looking pretty crazy, but it’s by no means impossible. And you can’t walk away, so figure out what needs to happen and learn to live within that framework until something comes along to change what you can’t. If you feel bound by old structures and relationships that prevent you from doing your thing, know that they will fall away when you decide to go for it.
